What is your warranty policy?

The Fancii Guarantee

We're so confident in the quality of our products that we're willing to stand behind them for 24 whole months. If you experience an issue with the quality of your Fancii product, simply follow the steps below to receive a replacement:

Send us an email to support@fancii.com which includes:

  • Your proof of purchase (e.g. an order number or email confirmation including the date of purchase)
  • The name/model number of the product
  • The reason for your warranty claim

Once we have received this, someone from our team will contact you with further steps.  Upon being contacted by a member of our team, please return the purchased product with all accessories, manuals, and original undamaged packaging.  We cannot process the return or exchange request until receiving these items.

The following are excluded from our warranty coverage:

  • Damage resulting from misuse or abuse
  • Damage resulting from chemical spills, fire, or other harmful substances
  • Damage resulting from natural disaster
  • Lost or stolen products

Quick tip: Before submitting a return or exchange request, please attempt all trouble shooting suggestions located in your product manual.

Note: If we do not have the exact model in stock, you'll be able to choose one of our other models of equal or lesser value.
