All Fancii products already include a complimentary 12-month limited warranty.
Fancii Care+ is an optional protection plan available at checkout that extends your product coverage beyond the complimentary 12-month limited warranty included with every Fancii purchase. When you purchase Fancii Care+ at checkout, the protection plan extends your coverage beyond the included warranty period.
- If you purchase the 12-Month Extended Protection option, your total coverage period becomes 24 months from the date of order.
- If you purchase the 24-Month Extended Protection option, your total coverage period becomes 36 months from the date of order.
For example: If your date of order is on July 1, 2026 -
- Standard Warranty Only → Covered until June 30, 2027
- 12-Month Extended Protection → Covered until June 30, 2028 (total of 24 months)
- 24-Month Extended Protection → Covered until June 30, 2029 (total of 36 months)
Coverage includes eligible manufacturing defects and functional failures occurring under normal use and conditions. Click on here for coverage details.
All claims are subject to verification and approval by Fancii Customer Support. Supporting documentation, including photos and/or video of the reported issue, will be required before a claim can be approved.
Approved claims will be fulfilled with a replacement product of the same model or a comparable product if the original item is no longer available.
